Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



1. Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.

2. Configuration of client's equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router (Dialup/DSL customers only).

3. Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.

4. Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications as related to Internet. http://www.allindiajobs.in

5. Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services allindiajobs.in

6. Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.


Expectations:



- Excellent communication skills in English.

- Willingness to work in Rotational shift.

- Willingness to work in a BPO.
